AALAS modules “Working with the IACUC” and “Common Compliance Issues” must be retaken every 3 years. If you fail to update your training this could delay approval of protocols and your DCM access can be revoked.
Once you have created an account you do not need the access code to sign in again. After your account is established, you may log on to AALAS with your account username and password. These are your creations and are not necessarily the same as your GUID information. If you have forgotten your login credentials or if your account is not active, please contact the IACUC office for assistance.
The IACUC Office will alert you when these modules are due to be retaken. This notice will either come via protocol review comment or separately via email. If received by email the personnel will have 30 days to complete the modules. If received via protocol review comment, modules must be completed before renewal can be approved.
If personnel fail to complete the modules in the timeframe requested, they will be removed from any protocols they are listed and DCM access will be revoked. Once modules have been completed the PI will then need to submit an amendment to add the personnel back to the IACUC protocol.
